This group is a Task Force of the Colorado Capital Congress. It's goal is to support the authorization of limited profit limited liability companies or L3Cs by the Colorado legislature. This Task Force will analyze past efforts and develop a strategy to pass a bill in the next session. The work of this Task Force will be public reviewed and then voted on by Representatives of the Congress on October 20.

This group is a task force of the Colorado Capital Congress - a citizen led public forum on increasing business funding for new job creation. This group will explore how to optimize the formation of new specialty funds. In particular, the group will explore how to make these funds more attractive to investors who are sitting on the sidelines. Specialty funds may be single industry, multi-industry, international or any other topic of investor focus.
